Happy Birthday to BVB's First Album!

Today I showed my mom and sis the music videos for "Knives and Pens" and "The Legacy," since since they love the songs but hadn't seen the videos. "The Legacy" looks AMAZING on a large flatscreen TV, ZOMG.

And then FB actually did something useful and let me know that today is the 5th anniversary of BVB's "We Stitch These Wounds." Lovely timing!

Never!! There's something about a song that's just blatantly about its own awesomeness that I can't help but admire. KISS used to do that a lot, as did Queen.

That's a great way to phrase it! I think In the End (my personal fave) is like that, too. Also, thanks for reminding me; I need to go through KISS's and Queen's discographies. Especially KISS, since my aunt used to sign all her correspondence as Mrs. Paul Stanley. (Didn't realize it until recently, but the Fangirl Gene is strong in my family.)
