FOUR-YEAR FANNIVERSARY!!!

The latter part of February marks the Lord of the Rings fanniversary for my family. It's been four years since my life was significantly changed. (Honestly, the biggest influences in my life are the Bible, Laura Ingalls Wilder, J. R. R. Tolkien, Jane Austen, and J-rock.)

In celebration, I'm posting a video of one of my bazillion and one favorite LotR moments, and then dashing off to watch the extended edition of Fellowship of the Ring with my mum. (Even though I'm not British, I like calling her mum. XD)

Have I mentioned that I love the friendship of Legolas and Gimli to distraction, and this scene never fails to make me grin like an idiot? Or that, if I got the chance to go to Middle-earth, I'd probably follow them everywhere, and insist on going with them when they built and sailed the last ship to leave Middle-earth? Well, now you all know. :D
