Glam and LOLz

I have heard of both Tokio Hotel and Cinema Bizarre, and have heard examples of each band's music style, without being affected. So why have I been listening to a few songs from each over and over for two days solid? Oh, no, this is how obsession begins . . .

For those of you who have seen The Hobbit, read this script spoof. NOW. It's the funniest thing I have read in a long, long time. I would write one myself, but this lady seems to have covered everything spot-on.

Now back to editing. Note to self: research the history of ottomans. You've put that off for far too long.

HAHAHA---Oh no. So you've hit the German glam-rock circuit, have you? I never got into Tokio Hotel, but I am right there with ya on the CB boys. (Which two songs have you been playing over and over, out of curiosity?)

Yes, apparently, German glam-rock has gotten to me. Three years ago, if people had told me I'd develop a taste for glam-rock of any sort, I'd have laughed in their faces. (It seems to be my curse that I only like European or Japanese boys. Is it unfair of me to assume 99.99% of American guys are dead boring?)

For CB, I've been listening to "Lovesongs" (ironically, the one with the video that I found freaky before), "Escape to the Stars", and "Forever or Never". Also, one line from "My Obsession" is firmly rooted in my mind--wrap your name in lace and leather. Accurate much? Yes!

As for Tokio Hotel, I'll probably be posting a few songs in the future, just because they will not leave me or my plotbunnies alone. Plus, I freakin' love Bill Kaulitz's eyeliner.
