Hullo, everyone! Hope you are doing well.

Phoenix Comicon was a blast, despite a scare with an armed nutjob on Thursday, horrific organization Friday, and a prop weapons ban for the rest of the con. Will post pictures when I have the energy. And also blog about the books I've been slowly thumbing through and the manga I blazed through with abandon.

A personal post may also be in the works, my moods have swung particularly extreme lately, and life seems to equal fatigue and lack of patience.

We're open carry here in AZ, too. I like concealed carry better--open carry to me just seems brash and uncouth, somehow? Like, seeing your gun holstered at your hip when I'm shopping for groceries doesn't make me feel secure.

Yay, I hopped over to read and comment on your thoughts on Claire's werewolf episode. Mostly loved that episode, though I had my quibbles.

Anyways. Keep hanging in there. I'm going to my first counseling session in, oh, maybe ten years tomorrow morning. Gulp.

*MEGA HUGS* I admire your bravery in going. I've never had one myself and the concept is terrifying. Hope it goes well and you get the insight and grounding you can use, even after the 8 sessions are used up.

Yep, really hope Wonder Woman does well, and looks like it's off to a great start.

"Brash and uncouth" seems to be how we do things down here. Although I do like that description of it; very fitting.

Heh, well I sat on the number for the office for months before actually making the appointment, however brave that is. It went well, by the way! I absolutely recommend talk therapy if you can swing it. It's not easy, but these guys are trained to be easy to talk to.

Thank you! Those two words have been frequently coming to mind since the election season started, sadly.
