it's so rare to have a musical focus on two female characters and their friendship, but I think that's what makes the show so good
Amen and AMEN! I always like stories of strong friendships better than romantic attachments. :)
And it definitely was all the more special because my BFF and I saw it together. She actually got all teary-eyed during "For Good." :)
Which cast did you see when you saw it? Was the place packed with an eager audience?
