He is indeed! (One reason why it's fun to talk to you: you can tell the difference between girly boys and girls. Drives me nuts when my family says so-and-so looks like a girl, when it's very obvious to me that the boy in question is, in fact, a boy. I keep forgetting how the non-J-rock-obsessed world sees things.)

You've got a point about the eyebrows; they are quite dramatic. :) Whatever would I read into you liking eyebrows? *looks innocent* I'm crazy about guys with long hair, after all.
